The Photograph Is Still King
Video, drone footage, and virtual tours all have their place, but the photograph is still what buyers see first. A single strong image can stop the scroll and make a buyer want to see more.
A photograph captures a home at its best moment: the light, the space, and the feeling of walking in. My job is to make that moment look the way it feels in person, so the listing earns the showing.
I blend multiple exposures with carefully placed flash. The result is natural, true-to-life images that stay accurate from the brightest window to the darkest corner.
- True-to-life colorWalls, cabinets, and floors look the way they do in person, without the yellow or blue color casts that mixed lighting can cause.
- Bright, open roomsCorners and hallways are lit evenly, so every space feels as large and welcoming as it is.
- Clear window viewsThe view outside stays visible instead of washing out to white. Buyers see the backyard, the mountains, or the tree line.
- MLS-ready deliveryEdited, sized, and ready to upload, so your listing can go live without delay.
Drone Video and Photography
I am a photographer with a drone, not a drone pilot with a camera.
Most aerial work goes high to show the neighborhood. I use elevation to show your home: the angles, light, and composition buyers expect from a ground photo, taken from a viewpoint they can't get any other way.
-
Composed like a photograph. Shots are framed for the home, not just for coverage.
-
Low and mid-height angles. These show the roofline, lot, yard, and setting in proportion.
-
Context when it helps the sale. Nearby parks, open space, or mountain views are included when they add value.

Video Tours
- A video walks buyers through the home.
- It starts at the curb, moves through the main living spaces, and ends with a clear sense of how the home flows.
- Buyers who finish the video understand the layout before they visit.
- They show up already interested, so showings are more productive and your listing stands out online and on social media.
Virtual Tours
Real estate made the virtual tour mainstream, and for good reason. When buyers can walk through a home before they visit, they show up already interested.
- A virtual tour lets anyone visit anywhere, any time. That works for a buyer moving from across the country, a family comparing homes after work, or a customer checking out your business before their first stop.
- Tours work best for places with a lot of first-time visitors: listings, showrooms, venues, shops and offices. People get comfortable with the space before they walk in, so they arrive confident and ready to act.
